The media industry doesn’t stand still, so we know that it’s important to combine career development and work perks to make sure our team is at the top of its game! We keep our skills sharp by making time for training, with two team days each year and it’s in our job description to log 60 CPD points each year to support continuous professional development. In fact, we’re actively involved with the Public Relations & Communications Association, the Chartered Institute of PR, and Institute of Internal Communications including team members acting as Midlands regional and National Council representatives.

We offer a great package; with extras such as professional membership, 3% match pension, flexible working and location policy, 24 days holiday together with up to five additional days offered for family care, an early Friday finish every week and Perkbox everyday benefits.  Additionally, we offer one additional flex benefit with team members picking from a menu of options which includes iPhone, gym membership, healthcare, Student Loan repayment, Season Ticket Loan or additional pension contribution.  After three years working with us we think you’ll deserve a break, so we’ll give you a one-off extra week of holiday together with the option to extend time out for up to 12 weeks so you can enjoy time to go travelling or on sabbatical.

Supporting the next generation of talent and creating media sector jobs is a passion of ours and we do this by working with schools and universities through our Talent Spot programme. We also have a successful internship programme and offer short-term job shadowing to those looking to get a glimpse into the world of PR, social media and digital content production.
