Why we’re helping grow Midlands PR talent

CEO and Founder of spottydog communications and Vice President of CIPR Midlands Rachel Roberts said: “At spottydog communications, part of Leopard Co, people are at the heart of everything we do, so investing in the young talent that’s abundant in the Midlands is a core mission of ours.

“We are part of a fast-paced industry, and it can be difficult for budding practitioners to get a foot in the door and that’s why we are proud to offer two students the opportunity to attend this year’s conference.”

In addition to funding places at the conference, the communications agency has several initiatives in place to help young talent get a ‘paw’ in the door. From giving graduates the opportunity to gain real-life experience in a PR agency through Insight Week to hosting regularOpen

House events throughout the year to give students a peek behind the curtains of a fast-paced agency, spottydog is committed to growing talent in the Midlands. Four of our current pack joined  fresh out of university through our graduate and internship programmes.
