Building trust with your employees is crucial to company success and reputation – how do you do it?

spottydog communications is hosting a live audience podcast event, for internal communications, marketing and PR professionals to come and hear from a panel chaired by Emma Leech, CIPR President.

When: Friday 17 May 2019

Time: 8.30 to 10am (we’ll provide the tea, coffee and pastries!)

Where: The Studio, 7 Cannon Street, Birmingham, B2 5EP

Set against the challenges of recruitment, employee retention, and the common goals to improve productivity, employee engagement and promote company culture, we’ll be asking the experts how trust in the workplace can be built, maintained and promoted.

Debate questions will cover:

  • News travels at lighting speed on social media and company secrets escape quickly. Building trust with your employees is crucial to company success and reputation – how do you do it?
  • With a generation growing up in a Fake News world, what responsibility do companies have to be transparent with their employees?
  • The UK unemployment rate is 3.9%. With more businesses facing the challenge of retaining top talent, how does a trusting workplace culture affect turnover and company profits?
  • What does trust in the workplace mean to you?

We’re also looking for questions from you! Whether or not you can join our audience on the day, let us know what else you’d like to hear our experts debate. A recording of the podcast will initially be available to delegates only, but later we’ll be publishing it across our channels, so you’ll be able to enjoy and benefit from the discussion.

If you’d like to join us for a morning of insight and discussion, or submit a question for the panel, please email alissa@spottydogcommunications.com.
