Getting creative: our new Creative Services Manager joins the pack!

by Katie Brewin |

Hi, I’m Katie, Creative Services Manager here at spottydog!  My first day at spottydog arrived quickly, from the day that I handed in my notice at Arsenal Football Club, where I had worked for eight years progressing and working my way up in the graphic design team. During my time in North London I was tasked with producing the matchday programme, a multitude of digital assets and even an airplane design to help spread the Gunners name worldwide!

I have a wealth of experience to bring to spottydog and I was so excited to start and get my teeth into my new role. I’m really looking forward to getting started and coming up with the creative concepts and ideas that our clients will hopefully love!

19th November, 2018 marked the start of my new adventure and after a really warm welcome to the pack, I familiarised myself with my new Mac and downloaded the Creative Cloud, ready for the creative briefs to start rolling in. Getting up to speed with all of spottydog’s clients was at the top of the agenda, and then finding out what their creative requirements will be.

My passions lie in digital design, and creating engaging content for social media by using typography and photography in an effective way. As well as being a print design expert, I love nothing more than a special print effect – especially foil blocking.

I love starting a project from the conceptual stage and taking it right through to the completed project. Getting to grips with a brief and coming up with ideas in the studio is always fun which is why I know I’m really going to enjoy getting to know all our fabulous clients and supporting them with their creative challenges.
