It means that our clients know that they’re working with a business that’s committed to delivering a professional service, with consistent management processes focused on delivering against agreed KPIs.
Another measure of trust is to ensure that the advice is given by qualified practitioners. In our industry it’s not uncommon to branch into PR, social media and digital marketing from a generalist degree. Not every practitioner converts their on the job training or industry experience into a professional qualification, but at spottydog it’s in our job description to get professionally qualified.
