Certification and accreditation help our spotty pups walk the walk

Staff survey

Over the last nine years, we have built a reputation for agility and learning new tricks, an approach that has got us from start-up in 2010 to the agency we are today, with the use of a staff survey and more. However, this has always been underpinned by serious commitment to professionalism which also plays an important part in our culture.

By professionalism, I’m not talking about dress code and email etiquette, but an ongoing pledge to ensure that our team, old and new are always striving to be at the top of their ‘ball’ game. For example, we are passionate and contributing members to the CIPR and PRCA, the leading bodies for public relations professionals, and thanks to some hard graft we now have four CIPR Chartered Public Relations Practitioners.

Client Services Director, Katie Bregazzi, is our most recent professional joining Sally Ellson, Lisa Jones and Rachel Roberts back in December in this exclusive club. It really is something to be proud of as we are the only Midlands PR agency to have this many chartered professionals.

PR isn’t the only area we’re committed to though; there is a plethora of digital credentials to choose from and it matters to us and our clients that we make sure we are at the forefront of best practise. That’s why we are constantly looking to supplement our existing skills with the recognised qualifications, for example, Lucy Burns is HubSpot certified, our new Senior Content Creator Joe Phipps was YouTube certified in his previous role and I recently achieved the Google Analytics Individual Qualification.

We’re on a roll now, and like a game of Fortnite Battle Royale, we’re looking forward to announcing the next haul of badges and qualifications as soon as our digital team achieves them. Our extensive experience helps us create exciting and engaging content and strategies that deliver results, but we recognise that it’s the certificates on the wall that show we really walk the walk.
