Based in San Francisco and more recently Birmingham, our brief was to help Thomas Giles Consultancy raise its profile, reach new audiences and clients in the UK and support the development of new business within the US and UK.
Our approach was to harness a combination of offline and online activities including publicity, public speaking at international Human Resources events, optimising their website with seo-friendly copywriting, social media management and blogging.
Speaking and events activity has enabled Thomas Giles Consultancy to develop some new exciting client opportunities. Additionally by creating a the ‘Thomas Giles People Poll’ twitter poll during attendance at the 2014 CIPD Annual conference, spottydog was successful in increasing social media engagement and obtained valuable results. This activity subsequently generated an exclusive blog opportunity on HR Grapevine to discuss the People Poll results, together with expert comment articles within Employee Benefits Magazine and Small Business News.
