RTR Services asked spottydog communications to help raise awareness of the brand and product range, with a measurable communications plan that would support sales activity to meet challenging growth targets.
We developed a digital strategy that would establish RTR Services as an industry leader in door access technology. Sharing the latest news, tips and technology on LinkedIn, we have been able to showcase best-selling RTR products whilst offering educational content to the audience. We created engaging email newsletters that share company and product news, people stories and use brand advocates to create client testimonials. We have used a targeted Google Adwords campaign to directly reach customers when searching for specific door access control products and accessories.
We have achieved an average engagement rate of 2.1% on LinkedIn over the last year, securing over 105,000 impressions. Our email campaigns achieve above industry average open rates whilst our Google Adwords campaign has had 6.7 million impressions and on average attracted 188 new potential customers to the website every month, with an average click through cost of just £0.35. As result, sales growth has been consistently above target during 2018.
