This is done through a variety of methods including: writing engaging blog content for the Mitchells & Butlers Jobs website, outreaching on social media to key influencers in the recruitment industry and creating a structured social media content plan that highlights key messages & campaigns. We also lead on LinkedIn and Facebook advertising of corporate and retail jobs, with the objective of maximising a return on investment.
In addition to this, we create content to support important recruitment campaigns. This includes videos, graphics and photography for use online, as well as utilising the most relevant social media tactics including Instagram stories for employee takeovers, Facebook lives and Snapchat filters for events.
