We provide a range of social media training courses, from off-the-shelf LinkedIn training to bespoke social media sessions focusing on platforms like Facebook and Instagram among others.
Our clients will approach us with a specific challenge – for instance, with an objective to maintain and reinforce their brand reputation through LinkedIn profile building and thought leadership. They might want to improve their appeal to candidates by showcasing the employee value proposition to attract and retain talent and position the business as an employer of choice. Or they may want to empower their field teams to use their Facebook and Instagram account to encourage people to engage with their brand.
We provide specialist social media training to ensure all attendees can maximise the opportunity that either LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram can provide to their job role.
This involves delivering a combination of workshop and one-to-one training sessions. These are designed to be fun and engaging, keeping attendees motivated by addressing their specific interests and work challenges.
Workshop sessions enable a group of people to be trained and a lot of material can be covered. For our LinkedIn training, for example, we cover all the key features of LinkedIn and can tailor these from ‘101 training’ for those who are new to the platform, to advanced level, and can also focus on the needs of different teams e.g. marketing and communications, sales or recruitment.
Our bespoke sessions can range from teaching people how to make the most of Facebook Ads and their wider functionality or helping a medium-sized communications team how to use different social media channels to build communities and reach a wide audience.
We use LinkedIn’s own measurement tools to benchmark how effectively teams are monitoring the platform and providing a way to measure progress after the training session.
On average we’ve seen user’s LinkedIn SSI scores improve by 25-50% in the first month after our training.
Many of our clients using Facebook and Instagram for marketing have experienced double the engagement on their channels, as well as increased reach of between 5,000 – 6,000.
