To create an engaging film for employers to launch their new company values.
We noticed that Gateley’s biggest driver was their people. We conducted many interviews across the various offices that Gateley have. We chose who to interview so we could portray each of Gateley’s values in the video. For the interviews, we chose to go for a relaxed interview technique so we could get the best from the interviewees. We also captured memorable soundbites.
The video was shown internally throughout Gateley and received positive feedback across all sites and all levels. The buzz we intended to create happened and the employee feel-good factor means that we continue to work with Gateley to create more videos for their internal communications.
