Supporting 10 Vintage Inns local pubs to increase their social media engagement and following.
We created tailored social media content plans for each local site, following brand guidelines to ensure a consistent look and feel across all pages. It was important to generate hyper-local messaging to continue to engage with followers already on the page and draw in a new audience, so we liaised directly with the general managers at site level to ensure all local information was timely and accurate. This was also a key opportunity to outreach to local brands and businesses, and broaden our potential reach. In addition to this, we also created dedicated social assets to support the content plan.
As well as the bespoke social media plans, we also ran competitions for each site to encourage more followers and engagements for the page. We also allocated a targeted spend across advertising and boosted posts, which were used to help push the competition to a wider audience, gain likes on the page and increase engagement on local posts.
By utilising a combination of social media spend and engaging content, we saw an uplift on all of the pages we managed. Overall, page likes increased by 26.6% across the 10 pages, along with a 71.65% increase in reach and a 60.16% increase in social engagement.
