We developed a stakeholder communications strategy, which included a monthly e-newsletter, regular website news, printed newsletter, literature content, Google Adwords, social media training and event support, as well as regular reporting to monitor success.
For more than three years, the regular e-newsletters and newsflashes to segmented audiences have increased engagement with customers, with open and click-through rates that are significantly higher than industry standards. The targeted Google Adwords campaign consistently attracts on average 250 potential new customers to the website each month.
