Our three month programme is a fantastic opportunity for graduates to cut their teeth in public relations and get into the thick of social media marketing.

Our internship programme offers a Living Wage paid placement which provides PR, communications, media and marketing graduates with insight into the roles and responsibilities of a Communications Executive. At the end of your placement, if we’re recruiting we may offer you a full term contract, otherwise we’ll invite a fresh intern to join us to help give another graduate the opportunity to get some industry experience.

We open up our Internship recruitment in January, April and September and will advertise roles through social media and to any candidates signed up to our job alerts bulletin.  We welcome candidates to get in touch ahead of our recruiting periods by emailing talent@spottydogcommunications.com to make sure you are considered in future Internship recruiting rounds.

We work to a three stage interview process.  At stage one we sift candidates based on CV and covering letter – so watch those typos and be as creative as you can to stand out.  We typically shortlist around ten candidates for interview which includes a chat and assessment test from which we tend to take three candidates through to final stage which will include a creative task.

This might sound a little full on for an Internship opportunity, but we don’t see Interns as free labour, but valuable talent whom we want to invest in and thanks to this we have a 100% record of converting an Internship into a full time role
