The media industry doesn’t stand still, so we know that it’s important to combine career development and work perks to make sure our team is at the top of its game! We keep our skills sharp by making time for training, with two team days each year and it’s in our job description to log 60 CPD points each year to support continuous professional development. In fact, we’re actively involved with the Public Relations & Communications Association, the Chartered Institute of PR, and Institute of Internal Communications including team members acting as Midlands regional and National Council representatives.

Supporting the next generation of talent and creating media sector jobs is a passion of ours and we do this by working with schools and universities through our Talent Spot programme. We also have a successful internship programme, and offer short-term job shadowing to those looking to get a glimpse into the world of PR, social media and digital content production.
