We’re a people business. Nurturing and supporting the next generation of talent is really important to us, as well as providing careers and offering job opportunities. Here’s why we think working with us is not sniffed at…

Rae Stephenson, Phil Warrington and Rachel Sharpe in Birmingham office

The media industry doesn’t stand still, so we know that it’s important to combine career development and work perks to make sure our team is at the top of its game! We keep our skills sharp by making time for training, sending at least one team member for external training each month. As well as that, we also think it’s important to log 60 CPD points each year to keep up our professional development. In fact, we’re actively involved with the PRCA and CIPR, including team members acting as Midlands regional Chair and National Council representatives.

We offer a great package; with extras such as professional membership, 5% match pension, flexible working and location policy, 24 days holiday together with five days offered for family care and an early Friday finish every week. You can find out more about our benefits in our downloadable talent spotting at spottydog document.

Supporting the next generation of talent and creating media sector jobs is a passion of ours and we do this by working with schools and universities, such as sitting on the PR course professionals panel at Birmingham City University and guest lecturing at Leicester’s De Montfort University. We also have a successful internship programme, and offer short-term job shadowing to those looking to get a glimpse into the world of PR, social media and digital content production.

Through our flexible working practices and by living our values we hope that being part of our pack is an opportunity that is open to everyone.
