Meet Luke Randle

Luke joins us having spent over 6 years in the communications team at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, and over a year as PR & Communications Manger at leading mental health charity, The Kaleidoscope Plus Group.

Luke has a track record of delivering creative and cost-effective solutions to both internal and external communication and engagement challenges and leading on award winning campaigns.

Luke’s skill set extends to media management, crisis handling, stakeholder engagement, content creation, integrated communications and engagement campaigns, internal communications, staff engagement, as well as providing communications advice and coaching for organisational leaders.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, he is passionate about sports and previously volunteered at Black Country Radio as a sports sub-editor, where he presented shows, reported on local sporting events, and oversaw show schedules, interviews, and reporters. In his spare time, Luke also co-hosts his own football podcast.
