We are unique in the Midlands to be the only agency to have four Chartered Public Relations Practitioners accredited by the Chartered Institute of PR; Rachel Roberts, Lisa Jones, Sally Ellson and Katie Bregazzi. Chartered status represents the highest standard of professional excellence and integrity. As well as reflecting our breadth of experience and achievements, it shows that we keep pace in a fast-moving profession, updating our knowledge and skills through CPD.
With over 15 years’ experience working in Digital Marketing, Jo Crellin holds the Google Analytics Individual Qualification.
Lucy Burns has achieved HubSpot certification demonstrating her knowledge of the core concepts of inbound marketing using the HubSpot software and the ability to apply best practices.
The majority of our team are members of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, allowing them to become accredited practitioners once they have completed two years of CPD. Our Client Services team also ensure they are up-to-date in their relevant sectors with memberships to their relevant industry associations; Alissa Burn is a certified member of The Institute of Internal Communication and Jo Crellin is a member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
